Account Deletion
帳號刪除說明 — Developer: Aethertek Technology Co., Ltd.
This page explains how to delete your ORVIA account and the data associated with it. ORVIA is operated by Aethertek Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Service Provider").
Delete Your Account in the App（在 App 內刪除帳號）
- Open the ORVIA app and sign in.
- Go to Settings（設定）.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account（刪除帳號）.
- Read the confirmation notice, then type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Your sign-in credentials are removed and the account can no longer be used.
Request Deletion by Email（透過 Email 申請刪除）
If you can no longer access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing support@atk.tw from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "ORVIA Account Deletion". We will process verified requests within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted（會刪除哪些資料）
- Account profile (email address, display name, profile photo)
- Sign-in credentials (password, Google / Apple sign-in links)
- Uploaded swing videos, motion data, and AI analysis results stored on our servers
- Feedback submissions and reward records
What Data May Be Retained（可能保留的資料）
- Purchase and transaction records may be retained as required by tax and accounting laws.
- Data we are legally required to retain will be kept only for the legally mandated period.
Recordings stored locally on your device are not affected by account deletion; you can remove them by deleting the app or its data.
Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account
You can delete individual recordings (and their analysis results on our servers) from the recording history inside the app, without deleting your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
