From application to revenue share, six steps show how the Partner Coach Program works. You coach students with ORVIA's AI swing analysis; we handle the data, payments and revenue share.

Submit Application

You first need an ORVIA App account (if you don't have one, register inside the App). Go to the Partner Coach Application page and fill in your name, contact details and teaching experience.

Verify Identity

Verify with Google, Apple or an Email code to confirm you are the owner of that ORVIA account. Choose any one of the three; the application form appears only after verification.

Review & Approval

The ORVIA team reviews your teaching experience. Once approved, your existing account is granted "Partner Coach" status — no new account is created.

Bind Students

Invite students in the App, or approve binding requests they send you; the binding takes effect once the student taps to agree in the App. A student is bound to only one coach at a time, keeping revenue-share attribution clear and dispute-free.

Review Student Data

Manage your student list in the App; to examine swing videos, clips, posture and Insight stats in detail, jump to the back office in one tap for deep data. You only see the coaching data of bound students — not their billing or settings.

Receive Revenue Share

After a student subscribes through the App, the platform calculates your share as "the amount actually received (net after store commission) × your rate". Balance and details are viewable in the App / back office. Payout is available only after settlement following the refund observation period.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one student be bound to multiple coaches at the same time?
No. A student is bound to only one coach at a time, so revenue-share attribution stays dispute-free. A student can first remove the old binding, then bind with a new coach.
How is the revenue share calculated?
It is the subscription amount actually received by the platform (net after App Store / Google Play commission) multiplied by your rate. The rate is set individually by the ORVIA team for each partner coach and applies to all students under you.
Do my students get a cheaper subscription?
Yes. Students bound to you enjoy a "student price" subscription discount, delivered through the App Store / Google Play promotion mechanism; after unbinding, the next billing cycle returns to the regular price.
How do I unbind?
Either the coach or the student can unbind at any time in the App / back office. Data access stops immediately upon unbinding; revenue share already generated before unbinding is paid as usual.
Do I need an App account before applying?
Yes. Partner Coach status is granted to your "existing" ORVIA account — no new account is created. If you don't have an account yet, register in the ORVIA App first, then return to the website to apply.

Revenue-share amounts are provisional at the moment of the subscription renewal notice; the actual figures are subject to backfill from store financial reports. Payouts involve tax and withholding rules, and actual settlement and payout timing are subject to announcements by the ORVIA team.
